Ex. reckless driving - in bad weather it may not be intentional but if you hurt someone you can be charged with it. Ex. declaring oneself a prostitute is a status, but communicating for the purposes of prostitution is an illegal act. Offences that be summary of indictable, based on the crown"s decisions.
