When you go to law school you enter as a particular person and you leave as a different person (law schools change you, how you think about things) Teaches you to be a lawyer, how to think in particular ways. That entry barrier- people most likely to get into law school have a set of advantages corporatization-focus on law school on business matters. Quebec-civil law, can go out of high school. Articling-work for a lower wage, being supervised by a lawyer ; students having a hard time finding articling positions in 2011 12% of applicants could not find. More and more students are writing the lsat. 4/5 students who apply to take an llb degree are turned away. More money can get a tutor (social class gives some people an advantage)
