Men are more likely to commit violent crimes than women men as women"s rates of violent ofending may be on the rise. Even if women crimes are rising, it is sill not more than men. Control theory (people who commit crime have no self control) do not have good relaionships and are not disciplined. Strain theory (who is socialized) women are socialized to be afraid and not walk outside at night if boys had access to good jobs then they would not go into the drug industry.
