Majority aren"t engineers but they"re retail sales employees at the apple stores. Each employee brought in a lot of money but they are paid much less then that. Makes working at apple a low wage job. Companies provide a little bit of training and hope workers leave in a few years. Post-secondary workers there"s no career ladder in apple. Company has loyal workforce because of huge fan base of apple products. Workplace doesn"t get paid much but staff is still loyal. Concept of internal labor market internal to employer/ company you"re working for, as you get job you move up career ladder. Usually good job for new and young workers in schools. Though many of these jobs are filled with people not in school or have just finished.
