Criticisms of Gated Communities
1. Increased safety are gated communities actually safe? Its usually teens that cause
disorder, especially idle teenagers that are inside and outside of the community. There
may be domestic violence that no one wants to talk about.

rebates from tax that they already pay for things to be maintained, means that nearby
areas are suffering because of that well organized gated community
