Multiple worldviews may coexist in a single culture, or a single worldview may dominate. Religious worldview and scientific worldview - co-existing in a singular culture. Bima: rain is a gift from all-powerful allah. Pray when there"s no rain and please allah. Dou donggo: rain is part of the natural order of things, which can be disrupted by mischievous spirits. When there"s no rain - mischievous spirits have upset the rain. Leave offerings for the spirits to bring the rain again and let the natural order of things continue. They both take action and rain is brought back. We believe in climate change, weather patterns, weather channel or apps, meteorologists to tell us why the weather is or what it will be, climate specialists.
