Eyelid which plays a role to protect our eyes. The tear duct is located in the inferior medial region whereas the lacrimal gland is located in the opposite superior lateral position. Lacrimal canaliculi: there is one at the top and below of the tear duct. The tears are produced by the lacrimal gland. The arrows shows, the tears sweep towards the middle of the body, then they are headed towards the lacrimal canaliculi then to lacrimal sac then finally to nasolacrimal duct (which is located at back of their nose). The tear production is constant you are producing at a slow rate, so it never overfills that region. You may want to speculate the compounds in your tears first. There are various things in your tears: various kinds of ions (sodium, potassium, chloride and calcium). There is no animal that has a control over the movement of the fluid out of your body.
