Vladimir vysotsky"s portrayal of hamlet"s monologue (1970) The curtain moves as hamlet moves - it portrays the sea of black that hamlet is considering to either drown in or fight against. Curtain also sweeps characters onto and off the stage - like the hand of fate it moves people around while they are powerless to move against.
