Begins in surveillance but needs to end in self surveillance. Ex: don"t get in a car with a stranger self surveillance. Where does it go from nurturing to potentially violating. What degree is a danger explained and to what degree does the explanation make sense. Fear monger desire to control where the danger gets exaggerated. Educating invites internalization and does not force it.
