Affective: how you express things the affective ability (you smile that"s an affect) some mental illness will cause people to lose their ability to show an affect. Clinical depression: physical thing, biological impairment there body doesn"t make right chemicals in right level. Bi-polar (manic depression: called manic because you have two polars in your feeling, sometimes you"ll suffer from depression and then sometimes you"ll suffer from mania (recklessness)
