There will always be poverty because people will always be better off than others. Housing- overcrowding in inner city sections of the city. Cheaper areas were available on the outskirts of the city, however there were no affective transportation available, so people couldn t afford to pay two transit fairs, as well as time castrates. Around wells, waste leaked into wells, many people got sick because they did not kno about the germ theory (1970, typhus-a man mapped the cases and found that all the people were drinking from the same well) Sewers- human waste deposal became a major issue.
