Act discriminates against: asians without immediate relatives in canada, homosexuals, sex trade workers, epileptics, disabilities, other ethnic groups admitted via quota (e. g. Diefenbaker-appointed minister of citizenship and immigration ellen fairclough introduces regulations eliminating racial discrimination in canada"s immigration policy.
