If suffer a lot of infectious disease, can suffer from anemia. First transition marked by increase of these diseases. Relying on large populations after agri & urbanization. The first epidemics dying quickly & at same time. Majority of these diseases kill us off rapidly. Elites being favoured; increase in health, wealth status etc.
