Recommendations have resulted in the establishment of the nfb, cbc, crtc, To prevent the circulation of illegal materials. Communications policy is a by-product of global contact between peoples, companies, and governments. Began with the invention of the printing press. Early copyright laws were only national in scope (foreign works not protected)
