Culture: shared set of beliefs and ideals that guide what we do. Hegemony: dominance/dominant; this is about one culture is the dominant culture: the dominant trying to suppress. Ideology: ideology is the sets of beliefs underlying the customs, habits, and practices common to a given culture.
