In a stakeholder accountability oriented governance process (saog), the bod must take all stakeholder interests into account and make sure that they are built into the company"s vision, mission, strategy, policies, codes, practices, compliance mechanisms, and feedback arrangements. The ethics officer (eo) or ombudsperson watches over the ethical culture and serves as the person whom whistle blowers report to anonymously, the eo reports to the audit committee of the board. Modern governance framework should direct corporate personnel to the integration of those interests into their strategies, planning, and decision making.
