MGHB02 – LECTURE 1: Overview, Work Behaviours, & Attitudes:
- 2 types of behaviours:
oEmployees behaving in the organization  evaluation  job performance
oOrganizations behaving toward their employees  evaluation  job attitudes

oRelationship-based
oTask-based
