Opening in the fall of 2002, best buy adopted a variety of marketing strategies to grow into. The goal of a market analysis is to determine the attractiveness of a market, both now and in the future. Organizations evaluate the future attractiveness of a market by gaining an understanding of evolving opportunities and threats as they relate to that organization"s own strengths and weaknesses. A swot analysis is a marketing analysis that evaluates the company"s overall strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. I conducted a swot analysis when visiting the store, in order to break down the situation at best. Best buy is a massive electronics department store with an enormous amount of stock both in store and on the online website.
