Class reflection week 7 by: alyssa karpouzis 999120179. Today"s class was extremely interesting as we had 4 groups (including my group) that did a presentation. The first group that went did their presentation on the cineplex. They discussed about a few different areas such as the box office where there are 2 ways people can purchase tickets: using either a self-machine or waiting in line for a customer service representative to assist them. They also talked about the arcade in the movie theater and how consumers need to have another type of card to play the games. And finally, they talked about how scene points are able to be redeemed. My group was the second presentation and ours was a discussion on when people drink coffee and why. My group and i explained how people consumer coffee in all different locations whether it be a school, a mall, or at a hockey arena.
