The workforces of business should reflect the ethics, gender, sexual orientation of the

Law: it is illegal to reject a candidate based upon their background etc. Is this enough?

why is affirmative doing this.
- LW¶V a flawed argument of affirmative action, both the intend and result of affirmative
differ from the kind of discrimination that we are trying to get rid of. We are trying to get
rid of the degrade and make fun of discrimination.
DOES affirmative action actually increase the discrimination against the group we are
trying to help
- resentment because they only got the job since they are a member of a disadvantaged
group
If you believe discrimination exist
- then affirmative action is there to help , but those that should not be hired is hired, and
there is resentment . However, if those hired actually know ability, then resentment will
disappear
