Businesses usually come out with mission statements that address the fundamental purpose. Someone has to see the big picture; usually the ceo. Determining the organization"s long term goals and taking the actions necessary for achieve those goals. Our plans miscarry because they have no aim. When a man does not know what harbor he is making for, no wind is the right wind. You"ve got to be very careful if you don"t know where you are going, because you might not get there. Leader: a person who guides or inspires others. Leadership: showing people how they should act and how they can contribute.
