Distinction 1: • Important questions: directly related to matters of central urgent human concern o ex. “is there a cure for cancer?” “does god exist?” – • Unimportant questions: not directly related to matters of central human concern ▪ ex. “how many blades of grass are in Queen’s Park on September 11, 2017?” • this distinction is not so clear because important questions can become unimportant and vice versa.
