Import of other women to do the care work reason why wealthier women are able to balance work and home the imported women are at a disadvantage. Other women fill up the gap left by more privileged women large steps have been taken for gender equality. Hard to minimize care in ethically acceptable manner. Ex. cutting corners at work and cutting corners in care. We are humans, wouldn"t be ethical to cut corners in care. Not many corners to cut to begin with. These theorists are relying on the idea of conscious thought regarding care. Wealthy developed countries take public responsibility for care from women.
