To learn about major challenges facing this country which is important for this generation to understand, and how it is reflected in the political system and what needs to be done. Some issues include environmentalism, aboriginal poverty, quebec separatism, etc. To learn about duties as a canadian citizen and what can be done to get involved and affect change, there will be many speakers coming in to discuss this issue. To unlearn things that many people know, but just are not so to relly try to understand the perspectives on differient issues that are not wrong, but another point of view. To learn about how to participate in canadian politics, campaigning, writing letters, etc.
