Imagination = decaying sense (you may remember the dinner you had last night but the taste and everything has already begun to decay) Memory = long decayed imagination (long decayed sense over a long period of time) Thoughts = train of imaginations (think back to last semester and tracking down your food: sense is the beginning of all of these thoughts. Different options for lunch (salmon, chicken etc. ), the options aren"t what make your actions free it"s that there is some explanation that you can give going back in your something. Gun example, you may give all your money to the robber, even though it may not seem like a free option. Through speech we can signal disagreement and even more disrespect, dishonor, contempt. We can lie only because we are capable of speech. For this reason speech is what makes humans much more prone to conflict than other animals.
