Document Summary

People become more scared of others (prejudicial) when they are feeling personally weak or insecure. People with lower self-esteem should behave in more prejudicial ways that those with higher self-esteem. How do we create groups with different self-esteem. But is there other factor cause this relationship. Separate into 2 groups, make sure they are the same before start (as similar as possible) Way: trust god, random selection - no systematic difference. If we did get a selection bias, the next time we do it we should not get one - does not replicate. Do something different to 2 group - change the self-esteem. Find they have a difference in prejudice. Then we can show the causation is what we did, change in self-esteem. Get to action that we can do. Control group - does not do anything to it. One group, you are lower than average. If the participates have an issue, they need to fix it.
