Hallucinations (typically auditory: delusions of persecution (put downs), control (make them do things diffusion of responsibility), and of grandeur (feel special and that they are imp. ) Ex. delusions of grandeur start believing you are jesus. To a schizophrenic, you note all the suspicious people and connect. With the right medication, the positive symptoms can go away. But (cid:1) them in a complex drama, and lose memory of what they created and what is real.
