Gestalt Therapy
-focus on feeling and body sensation in the present
-create self-confrontation
-develop self-support (modulation)
-develop objective behaviour
-manipulate environment in a way that the patient responds
-do not provide explanation, but instead provide a chance for the patient to discover and conform
himself
-exploration of dream
-body centered awareness
-focus on the physical aspect of patient
-how patient presents himself and problem

-focus on thought process
-help discovering the bad behaviour is the problem
-teach the individual not to engage himself in such actions
-depression and anxiety is the result of the maladaptive behaviour and thought
-therapist helps to search the irrational thought of the patient

-thought affects behaviour more that past event
Reflection of the 3 Therapy
-patient feels the most comfortable in the client-centered therapy
-feel angry in the Gestalt therapy, but can learn more about oneself
-think more in RET, develop conflict with the therapist
