Motivational force is the motive to self-actualization, fulfill selves. Self-actualization tendencies are based on more basic needs. The basic needs are psychological equilibrium, safety and security, belonging and love, self-esteem. Intrinsically motivated behavior is valued for its own sake. Human beings are naturally endow motivation for new challenge to experience organism. Self-determined, intrinsically motivated behaviors often meet this basic need for autonomy, competence and interpersonal relatedness. 20 psychogenic needs direct behavior, together with environmental forces. Tat, thematic apperception test, arbitrary picture cueswrite or tell story. Pse, the research version of tat, picture story exercise, focus on the need for achievement, power, intimacy. Recurrent preference or readiness for experiences of doing well and being successful. High on pse achievement motivation show high efficiency on goal-direct behavior, high achievement aspiration, high self control, delay of gratification, moderate risk taking. The society"s motivational achievement can be estimated by folktales, children readers, popular literature. A society"s achievement motivation is associated with economic growth.
