Requires knowledge of standardized test administration, accommodations/modifications, testing the limits: interpretation. Requires knowledge of reliability, validity, norms and standardization samples, current literature, etc: communication of test/assessment results, advanced knowledge of Cultural issues etc: are required throughout the process. Communicating test results: test or assessment results are generally communicated both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences. Often done prior to providing a written report, but not always. Providing oral communication first helps to ensure understanding and reduce misinterpretation. Opportunity to collaborate with the client (and/or parents), ensure that the contents of the report are accurate and understandable.
