Existential clean house say calm down, find meaning in a situation and address it. Rise above the situation by understanding that the world has meaningful situations. Have to realize we have choice in our worlds. Existential: we define ourselves by what we do, whats in our actions. Existential talking about the way we create our lives. Phenomenology deals with experience, how person deals wit time space and connection with others. Space and time are qualities we experience as such. About something and happens in a certain way. Looking at your world your havin experiences in certain situations and experiences tell me about your world.
