Allostasis: body adapting to maintaining homeostasis. Flexability of your body’s stress
Allostatic load: when your body is not very allostatic don’t have that flexibility to respond and it
overloads and damages the body caused by chronic stressors.
Sometimes stress can improve your abilities.
