Based on reliability the items will have strong reliability: some people feel that factor analysis isn"t theoretically driven although some people feel that there are some theoretical interacts, dominant approach. = cognitive representation of future object that organism is committed to approach/avoid (elliot & fryer, 2008) Goal pursuit= process that involves strategy development (cognitive representation), commitment to action (goal commitment), and attainment of end-state (future object) Descriptive oh how people are acting, thinking, feeling in present.
