Usually let out of lecture by 4:15. Optional discussion in class until 5:00 after lecture ends not mandatory. Essay assignment: mini literature review, given 3 journal articles to link together within 2 pages into an argument, all readings linked to a single topic. 2 online quizzes encouraged to do in groups: 10 minutes each. Bonus points will be discussed next week. In office hours: 1-2pm on mondays, tea and hot treats (i. e. cookies, can come without a question/purpose, all students are welcome. Discussion blog: read by ta"s, can post anonymously to ask questions, moderate yourself, post things respectfully (otherwise it will get involved)
