Exams require familiarity with the readings (Brym & Blackboard articles),
lectures and terms-of-the-week. Lecture outlines are posted on Blackboard, as are
terms-of-the-week. Note that lectures often diverge from the textbook and that
familiarity with lectures and the readings is required to do well in the course.
Exams are multiple choice; they are held in University exam periods.
MISSED EXAMS:
If you miss the term exam, you must contact the TA as soon as possible. You will
need a medical note or the equivalent to write the make-up exam.
Information on the make-up exam will be posted on Blackboard and
announced in class.
Note: Travel or holiday is not an acceptable excuse for missing an exam.
BLACKBOARD:
Pertinent class information, including lecture notes, will be posted on
Blackboard; please check it for information rather than sending emails.
