Pesc = something happened that led to people acting in a certain way and end up becoming people who have motivations to continuously make profits. If you go to bar all night and don"t work, you won"t make as much money. Weber: interpretative sociology = getting inside certain way of life and saying what its ethic/spirit is. Key features: duty do your duty, hard-working, credit-worthy people won"t trust you if you don"t think, methodical every single day, come back to it the next day.
