Lecture 6  Being excluded in society; not having the same opportunities as others.  Long term unemployed or not employed what so ever  in these lower class income neighbourhoods  We are seeing an increase of poverty within our society  How can the government play a role in this  Polarization within our municipal government, liberals and conservative, they might feel their roles become marginalized  structure of the government  Cities have problems; governments need to readdress these issues.
