More emphasis in sa (of last section we did) We know asteroids and comets are able to wipe out life from planets. What life on earth has in common: its all based on dna. In 5 billion years the sun will run out of fuel and die. Homeostasis, organization, metabolism, growth, adaptation, response to stimuli, reproduction get a cell. We don"t really know what constitutes life. We don"t know where it could survive (things made of silicon) so we don"t know where to look, so we look for things that are based on carbon follow the water how we look for life. Only wet planet is earth but next candidate is mars. Changing chemical makeup of the planets atmosphere.
