Document Summary

Individual plants will still die, but all the species in a climax forest that are able to grow under their own shade can survive. Primary succession is what happens on newly created land that hasent had any biological organisms on it before. This happens whenland is created when a volcano erupts. Secondary succession is when there is pre-existing plant communities, and it is disturbed. Its something that rapidly changes something on the site. Secondary succession is what happens after a secondary succession event disturbes the community but the soil is still in good condition. As time go by, more plants come in. The wear and tear of erosion goes break down the rock and turn it into gravol and allowing plants to grow. Eventually enough plants grow where it starts to attract animals. After decades you get full out trees, the soil is a real soil. The pioneer plants cant compete with the weeds.
