Introduction lecture: why do we criminalize certain behaviours and not others, how are the laws adjudicated at the level of courts, why are certain behaviours prohibited? (hobbs) In doing so you are trying to communicate your understanding dealt with the supreme court: cannot be done in less that 5 pages, but not over 7.
