Crime and mind lecture 2 doctrine of intent: first test will ask about the insanity defence, four basic models of the mind: Psychology: basic intuition which is that whatever we experience when thinking, taking in an atmosphere there must be something complicated (inner workings) of the mind. Only available when there were machines that were complicated enough to inspire that kind of thought. The basic intuition of psychology it is not enough to think about thinking, we need science and research to understand the inner workings of the mind. Inner workings of the mind have to do with the thoughts and actions we have. I(cid:374) order to u(cid:374)dersta(cid:374)d so(cid:373)eo(cid:374)e"s a(cid:272)tio(cid:374)s (cid:455)ou ha(cid:448)e to look at their reasons. The logic is the mind quality of reason itself. One of the best ways to understand what they were talking about they thought the best question was what was on their mind.
