The early years: jda 1908: new law came in, age of responsibility set at 7, no(cid:449) it(cid:859)s (cid:1005)(cid:1006) What is an offence: any federal offence, riding a bicycles in a park with a sign that says no bicycles. Court processes: needed permission from judge if you wanted to go to youth court, half hour in between adult court and when kids brought in, could be very private.
