Labels, identification: provide material safety data sheet, from the manufacturer, train workers, right to participate. Joint health and safety committee (jhsc): a committee of at least 2 ppl, who represent the workers and the employer at a workplace. Labour: report any workplace deaths, injuries and illnesses to the committee. Inform authority of hazards: help committees ix. Take every precaution reasonable for protection of the worker.
