Plot: henry iv: henry"s father asks him to seek foreign quarrels. So henry in this play, henry tries to take back land that previously belonged to england. The only thing that holds back the red army from taking france land is this relationship between catherine and henry: tension between achievement & failure, truth of memory & reliability of history. Justifiable war & war of self-interest: gender, rank & kind ( king is but a man )
