Iraq- spoila is not available from former byzantine empires, wee see building made with the basic materials. Caliph moved with his entire court and army to the capital city. At this point in time muslims were becoming extremely interested in greek philosophy and meditating on certain aspects of greek philosophy in islam that were not acceptable to the more.
