Suveying - impossible to reach target group; incorrectly selected sampling approach; far more time consuming than expected. Write up - written findings do not match findings accurately from the study. Ethics - research approaches may turn out to be unethical, or may be percieved by community to be unethical. Avoid the same or similar failures again so that we are not re-inventing faculty wheels. Achieve even better research designs than we already have. Remain humble enough to learn from our mistakes.
