Whether the words consitute as an oral genre. Reading is not reading and wriing is not wriing. Literacy is an extremely diicult skill to acquire. Funcional literacy-> just being able to read or write. It"s about being able to write well, to speak well. None of us are fully literate or fully oral. We"re more literate than oral-> that"s our educaion system. Diferent kinds of reading-> really tear apart a text. Rereading things to see new things, or not see things. All readings are highly contextualized, the context is always changing. We"ll see the same thing, but we won"t read the same thing. Context changes, depending on where and when you examine the historical arifacts.
