In 1830 this idea bubbled in a series of revolutions. Impact on other states. the effects in 1830 caused the holy alliance (austria prussia and russia) to become stronger. French insist on upholding the peace of 1816. A bourbon king is replaced by another king descended from the bourbon line but distinguish themselves by calling themselves orleans.
