I"m kody coggins, i was so excited that i received a gift card for work well done on an important project. I really love shopping and i believe i can buy so many things with the card. However, i have a problem while i was using it. I did not realize i need to be charged a re- activation fee since the card was issued only three months ago and not stamped with an expiration date. I was really disappointed and i think i should not have been penalized and i guess the fee should be waived. Because under provincial guidelines, retailers are not allowed to issue gift cards that have a expiry date or to charge activation fees. I really expect you could have a better solution for me. Thanks! please give me a response before next tuesday if you could. Most people will be done in an hour.
