Mediation allow us to settle the mind back to the peace state

ā¢The ļ¬rst: being ineffable, it means you canāt capture the experience in ordinary language, it is

enlightenment, the enlightenment is never gonna come, it has to be naturally, just like falling
sleep.
ā¢Fifth quality: unity of opposites: it is very western way, through the unity of opposite, there is
no more distinction between subject and object, those conception of opposite consider as
whole. It is a sense of completeness, wholeness. If we only see oneself in some way in the
opposite of something else, wonāt reach the wholeness. In the seed, you can ļ¬nd the eternity
in a very short duration. Reļ¬ect to our sense of orientation within 3 dimension, our perception
is limited by this sense, instead, are there more dimension than 3 dimension? We only see
one direction of time ļ¬ow, we see the weird. If someone attain enlightenment, the mind can be
transiently lift off from the usual conceptual framework, perceive the universe than usual, in a
healthy perceptive. i.e: the black and white, we know both color are opposite only in our
conceptual frame. We are imprison in the conceptual frame that we create for us, such as
success and failure. Having the sense of duality, leading to samsara
ā¢sixth quality: timelessāthe mystical experiences seems to occur beyond outside the time,
they may reject the time exclusive, goes beyond time and space. The sage able to make the
prophecy, because they have the sight outside of the time.
ā¢Seventh quality: true selfāeven in Mahayana buddhism, they talked about true self that one
can realized. The true self through mystical experience, that is beyond life and death, beyond
ego and selļ¬shness. There is something more than what we have come to understand
ouselves, something bigger than us, yet it is also us. Self is identify in the entire Cosmo.
They are all talking about the same state of experience.
